Professional Review
So I was one of the fortunate guys who got his hands on a review copy. I must say fortunate because the results that I got are really impossible to get even at top dollar prices. I would have expected to pay a few hundred dollars for a niche site. I would like to present my detailed review so that it can help future buyers in deciding if to purchase a niche site.
First of all, I am not an Internet Marketer, I really had no clue of the things that need to be done towards developing a niche site. Basically, all I am is an Investor who invests in high worth domains and later flips them. This was the first time I tried to turn one of my domains into a niche site. I contacted Phil and there we started. I will try to rate each key area separately.
1. Turnaround Time: Let me say, this the FASTEST turn around time I have seen to develop any website. I literally had nothing but a domain and within hardly 7 days the site is completed perfectly. Frankly, I hadn’t expected this and I was literally prepared to wait for a month at least. Rating: 5/5
2. Design: The design is really good. The top header really catches the eye and when I first saw it, I just said “WOW”. It’s completely relevant to the content. Rating: 4.5/5
3. Content: The content itself has been prepared in way to give the best search results and maximum profit. I am very much pleased to see that only original unique articles were used as the content. They have been very well written. I truly wonder how can such design, development and original content be prepared in under 7 days? He must have cheated somewhere by having a dozen hands instead of two. Rating: 5/5
4. SEO: This is a place where no one in the world is able to deliver fast results, no matter how many hands he has. However, I have seen the SEO efforts, the directory submissions, the back linking (links on his own sites) and various SEO efforts can be seen clearly. But its still too early to say anything on this. Rating: N/A
5. Hosting: Although MMS offers their own hosting, I had my own server which I used for this site. So I really cant comment on this one. Rating: N/A
6. Intervention: This factor decides how much babysitting you have to do with the development of your site. This was one factor that I was kinda afraid of. I used to doubt whether a developer would be able to carry this one out by himself or not or would I have to guide him every step of the way. Fortunately, I didn’t have to. Phil was really talented enough to perform all the necessary tasks including keyword research, page titles, designing, optimization etc so that after providing him with the domain name, everything just went seamlessly from there and the work went on smoothly without even requiring me to move a finger. Rating: 5/5
7. Revenue Streams: The final deciding factor! Ultimately, it’s revenue for which niche sites are built and it very much depends upon how well you have implemented the revenue system. In this regard, Phil seems to have done a great job in this area. He has placed various ads and affiliate stuff including Adsense and Amazon. The ads blend with the site really well and their placement is superb. Rating: 4.8/5
The Final Verdict and Rating: The final rating stands at 4.8 out of 5 stars, which is pretty much self explanatory. In fact, I was in search for a consistent developer whom I can leave all my high worth domains with and can make profitable sites of them. I am glad that I have found a great developer. I have more than 100 domains in my portfolio and I will definitely tie up with Phil with some more business deals.
